What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

When your order is shipped you will receive another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

If you have not received any email, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Get in touch with us.

 

How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the weight of the ordered items and selected courier.

The price starts at 29kr per order. 

 

I don't live in Denmark. Does Tyvole send orders outside of Denmark as well?

Yes, we are able to send you your order to other Scandinavian countries, specifically to Norway, Sweden and Finland. Tyvole doesn't ship to Faroe Island and Greenland. 

 

How is my order delivered?

When you check out you will be asked to choose the Delivery method (Information section). Delivery methods are Ship and Pick up.

If you choose to pick up the order, it is for free. The address is Langagergård 40, 8700 Horsens, Danmark.

If you choose Ship, Tyvole I/S delivers goods via Shipmondo. Delivery options are following:

  • DAO
  • Bring
  • GLS


If you live in Horsens (8700), you can have your order delivered by Tyvole for 39kr (minimum value of the order 200kr). This delivery method is great for those of you who are planning to make a large order. 

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

We aim at delivering your order within 1-3 working days.

If you do not receive your order within 6 working days, please contact us via the contact form here and provide your name, email, and order number. We will then contact you by email and explain how we can resolve the issue.

If you choose to pick up your order at Tyvole address, it is usually ready in 24 hours

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

According to the “Forbrugeraftalelovens” (The Consumer Contracts Act), Tyvole.dk cannot accept returns of food items. Read more here (in danish).
